Supply Teacher – Flexible Days in Tunbridge Wells

About the role
Academics is seeking supply teachers to support partner schools across Tunbridge Wells. You will step into classrooms on short‑notice, delivering planned lessons and providing continuity for pupils. The role offers immediate starts and the option to continue through September.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons using existing lesson plans.
- Maintain pupil focus and engagement throughout the session.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Represent the school professionally at all times.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence teaching secondary‑aged pupils.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
