Supply Teacher – Flexible Full‑time/Part‑time

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Supply Teachers to support schools across West Sussex and Surrey. This flexible position allows you to work full‑time or part‑time, covering lessons when regular teachers are absent. You will help maintain a positive learning environment and ensure continuity of instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lessons using existing lesson plans across a range of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a supportive atmosphere.
• Engage students in learning activities and keep them on task.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse student needs.
• Provide feedback on student progress to the regular teaching staff.

Required profile

• Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience in a teaching role with strong classroom management.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new classrooms and changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and commitment to professional development.
