Supply Teacher – Flexible School Placements in Gravesend

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic supply teachers to cover daily or short‑term vacancies in schools across Gravesend. As a supply teacher you will step into a classroom, deliver the planned lessons and leave at the end of the day – no extra planning, marking or meetings required.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the existing lesson plan to a class of pupils.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Follow school policies and procedures during the placement.
- Provide feedback to the regular teacher as needed.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching qualification.
- Flexibility to work in different schools on short notice.
- Patient, caring attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with children.
Required skills
What we offer
- Daily rate of £150‑£200, dependent on experience and qualifications.
- Complete control over your schedule – choose the days you work.
- Opportunity to experience a variety of primary, secondary and SEN schools.
- No planning, marking or administrative workload beyond the classroom.
