About the role

We are partnering with a growing number of secondary schools in Maidstone that need reliable supply teachers for immediate and September starts. This flexible role lets you work around your lifestyle while gaining experience across a variety of local schools, delivering day‑to‑day and short‑term cover throughout the academic year.

Key responsibilities

Deliver pre‑planned lessons across your subject area or provide general cover.
Maintain a positive learning environment for pupils.
Adapt quickly to different school settings, timetables and policies.
Follow health and safety procedures and school guidelines.

Required profile

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong classroom management abilities.
Flexible and professional approach to varied assignments.
Genuine passion for education.
