About the role
Prospero Teaching is looking for flexible and enthusiastic supply teachers to work across secondary schools in Newham, East London. The role is open to early‑career teachers and experienced staff, with start dates as soon as possible and options for full‑time or part‑time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Maintain strong classroom behaviour and engagement.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments.
- Uphold safeguarding and school policies.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, EYTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience in UK schools.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Up‑to‑date safeguarding training (desirable).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- Two professional references.
