About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to provide flexible, short‑term cover for schools in Eastbourne and surrounding areas. Whether you are newly qualified or have years of classroom experience, this role allows you to work when it suits your schedule while making a positive impact on pupils.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons and maintain curriculum continuity during teacher absence.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Follow school policies, assessment procedures and safeguarding guidelines.
- Adapt teaching resources to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Communicate effectively with school staff and provide feedback on student progress.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Clean DBS check.
- Teaching experience in a school setting within the last five years.
- Strong commitment to student welfare and learning outcomes.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required; teaching qualifications and classroom management are essential.
