Supply Teacher – Primary Schools in Tower Hamlets

About the role
We are seeking qualified supply teachers to deliver primary education across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in various schools within Tower Hamlets. The role offers flexible, short‑term and long‑term assignments, allowing you to work in different classroom settings while covering staff absences. You will join Reeson Education’s network, which collaborates with a wide range of schools throughout London.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons in line with each school’s curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment for pupils.
- Manage classroom behaviour and encourage student engagement.
- Support pupils’ progress during cover periods.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Recent experience teaching in a primary school.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Flexibility, adaptability and a positive approach to teaching.
Required skills
- Lesson planning and delivery for EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Classroom behaviour management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments.
