Supply Teacher – Primary, Secondary & SEN (Dover)

About the role

Reed is seeking qualified teachers for flexible supply positions across primary, secondary and SEN schools in Dover. You will step into classrooms on a day‑to‑day basis, delivering lessons that align with each school’s curriculum and supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with school schemes of work.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain safety standards.
• Adapt quickly to different year groups, subjects and school settings.
• Support pupils’ social, emotional and academic progress.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience.
• Current CV outlining recent employment.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Flexible, professional and positive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (highly advantageous).
