Supply Teacher – Primary, Secondary & SEN (Flexible)

About the role

We are seeking qualified teachers to provide flexible supply cover across primary, secondary and SEN schools in the Medway area. This role offers the chance to work in a variety of educational settings while maintaining a work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with each school’s curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and age groups.
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
• Up‑to‑date CV detailing recent employment.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexible, professional and positive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (advantageous).
