Supply Teacher – Primary, Secondary & SEN Schools

About the role

Reed is seeking qualified teachers to work on a supply basis across primary, secondary and SEN schools in the Medway area. This flexible, day‑to‑day role allows you to deliver lessons, support pupils and adapt quickly to different school environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with each school’s curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Manage behaviour and maintain classroom discipline.
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
• Adapt teaching style to suit varied age groups and settings.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience.
• Current CV showing recent employment.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Flexible, professional and positive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Full UK driving licence and vehicle access is advantageous.
