Supply Teacher – Primary (West Sussex)

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to cover short‑term and long‑term placements across West Sussex schools. The role offers flexibility to work day‑to‑day or on longer assignments while delivering the primary curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons for EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment.
- Adapt or follow existing lesson plans as required.
- Support pupils’ learning, wellbeing and development.
- Collaborate with school staff and support teams.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Recent experience in a UK primary school.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
- Flexible, reliable and proactive attitude.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
