Supply Teacher – Secondary Schools (Enfield)

About the role

Reeson Education is partnering with several Good and Outstanding secondary schools in Enfield to build a local pool of qualified supply teachers. The role offers a guaranteed flow of work throughout the academic year, allowing you to teach in a supportive, multicultural environment while retaining the flexibility of supply work.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
• Maintain classroom behaviour and manage student engagement.
• Adapt teaching style to multicultural, inclusive environments.
• Provide feedback to regular teachers on pupil progress.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with experience in secondary education.
• Ability to build rapport with pupils and staff.
• Flexibility to work full‑time or part‑time on a day‑by‑day basis.
• Willingness to follow school policies and health & safety procedures.

Required skills

• Classroom management.
• Lesson delivery using supplied materials.
