Supply Teaching Assistant – Flexible Roles in High Wycombe

About the role
We are looking for passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistants to provide flexible, day‑to‑day support across a range of primary and secondary schools in High Wycombe and surrounding areas. The role covers EYFS through KS4 and includes opportunities to work with SEN pupils. You will be deployed on short‑term or longer‑term assignments, matching your availability and the schools' needs.
Required profile
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
- Experience supporting pupils across KS1, KS2, KS3 and/or KS4.
- Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Flexibility, reliability and a proactive approach.
- Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to travel to schools across High Wycombe.
