About the role
Supply Teaching Assistant – flexible day‑to‑day, short‑term or long‑term placements across EYFS, KS1‑KS4 and SEN settings in Chesham and surrounding schools.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils in classroom activities across EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4, including SEN learners.
- Assist with behaviour management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff to enhance learning outcomes.
Required profile
- Experience working with children in a school setting.
- Experience supporting pupils across KS1‑KS4 (and optionally SEN).
- Flexibility, reliability and a proactive approach.
- Ability to travel to schools across Chesham and surrounding areas.
Required skills
- Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Flexibility and reliability in delivering support.
