About the role
Join a variety of primary, SEN and specialist schools across Bedfordshire as a Supply Teaching Assistant. This flexible position allows you to choose when and where you work, supporting pupils from EYFS through KS2.
Key responsibilities
- Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 settings.
- Assist pupils with learning, confidence and personal development.
- Collaborate with teachers to create a positive, engaging environment.
- Deliver one‑to‑one and small‑group support as needed.
- Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and pupil needs.
Required profile
- Experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare or similar setting.
- caring, adaptable and confident when working with a range of pupils.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.
- Reliable, flexible and willing to get involved.
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is happy to obtain one.
