About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Supply Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Cheshire on a long‑term, temporary basis. The role focuses on supporting pupils with autism and moderate learning difficulties, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support and assist pupils with autism and moderate learning difficulties throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan, deliver, and evaluate tailored learning activities.
- Provide high‑quality educational provision that meets the individual needs of each pupil.
- Contribute to a positive, motivating, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Required profile
- Previous experience supporting pupils in a classroom setting.
- A genuine passion for special education and commitment to pupil development.
- Flexibility, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
