Support SEN Schools in Oxford – Teaching Assistants & Teachers

About the role

Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in Oxford. Roles include Teaching Assistants, Higher Level Teaching Assistants, and both qualified and unqualified teachers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to pupils aged 5‑18 with a range of additional needs.
• Work closely with therapists, behaviour specialists and families to deliver a holistic educational experience.
• Adapt teaching methods and behaviour strategies to meet individual learning requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of personalised learning plans.

Required profile

• Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN.
• Patient, empathetic and resilient.
• Flexible and able to adapt to different learning and behavioural needs.
• Qualified or unqualified – experience in education is desirable but not essential.
