Support & Senior Support Worker – Edinburgh & Midlothian

About the role

Join a rapidly expanding domiciliary care provider as a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker serving clients across Edinburgh and Midlothian. The role offers flexible shift patterns, the possibility to condense full‑time hours into 3‑4 days, and abundant overtime to boost earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality home care to clients, following care plans and adapting to visit lengths of 30 minutes to over an hour.
• Work 36 contracted hours per week, with the option to add overtime and achieve realistic earnings of £37,000 + per year.
• Travel to client locations using a personal vehicle or on foot within designated postcodes (EH4, EH5, EH10, EH16, EH17).

Required profile

• Permanent, unrestricted Right to Work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Previous experience in the social care sector.
• For Senior Support Worker: SVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns (8, 10 or 12‑hour shifts between 07:00‑22:00).
