Support Worker – Adult Care

About the role

We are looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our teams in Bognor Regis, Merston and Chichester. You will provide person‑centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, helping them live independent and fulfilling lives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver respectful, individual support that promotes independence, dignity and choice.
• Assist with personal care tasks while maintaining sensitivity and privacy.
• Support development of everyday living skills and achievement of personal goals.
• Facilitate community access, appointments, and social activities.
• Apply positive behaviour support approaches to manage challenging situations.

Required profile

• Experience in care roles such as Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, or similar.
• Reliable, motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
