Support Worker – Adults with Learning Disabilities (Temp‑to‑Perm)

About the role
We are looking for a compassionate and patient Support Worker to join our team in a supported living environment, helping adults with learning and physical disabilities live as independently as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks and personal care when needed.
- Encourage participation in activities, community outings and social engagement.
- Promote choice, dignity and wellbeing while fostering independence.
- Work collaboratively within a professional, supportive team on a rotating schedule that may include long days, sleep‑in shifts and night duties.
Required profile
- Compassionate, patient and dedicated attitude.
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts and locations (Preston, Leyland, Bamber Bridge, Barton).
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
