About the role
Community Integrated Care is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. You will provide person‑centred assistance to six amazing individuals, helping them live independently and enjoy daily activities.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and support with dignity.
- Administer medication safely as required.
- Assist with home management tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting.
- Facilitate daily activities and outings tailored to each person’s preferences.
- Build genuine, one‑to‑one relationships during each shift.
Required profile
- Genuine caring and compassionate attitude.
- Ability to work day shifts (07:30‑19:30) and follow rota schedules.
- Willingness to support a diverse range of needs in a person‑centred manner.
- No driving licence required.
Required skills
What we offer
- £13.12 per hour.
- Permanent contracts of 12, 24 or 36 hours per week, plus a 37.5‑hour temporary contract (minimum 9 months).
- Guaranteed weekly hours and rotas issued 4‑6 weeks in advance.
- No uniform – wear comfortable, casual clothing.
