Support Worker (Driver) – 1:1 Autism Support

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is looking for a warm, reliable Support Worker who also holds a valid UK manual driving licence. You will provide one‑to‑one support for an individual with autism and a learning disability, helping them engage in employment, volunteering, community activities and daily living tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised 1:1 support in the service user’s home and in the community.
• Facilitate participation in social, recreational and vocational activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks, personal care and household duties as needed.
• Drive the service user safely to appointments, activities and outings.
• Build trusting relationships with the service user, their family and other professionals.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, proactive and able to work with a sense of humour.
• Committed to inclusive, anti‑racist values and respectful of diversity.
• Eligible to work in the UK and based locally.

Required skills

• Valid UK manual driving licence.
