About the role
Join a dedicated agency team as a Support Worker based in Scarborough, providing person‑centred care to clients across the Leeds area. You’ll enjoy flexible agency shifts, weekly pay and ongoing training, including medication administration if required.
Key responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living tasks and personal care tailored to individual needs.
- Encourage independence and help clients make positive choices.
- Administer medication where trained, with training provided if needed.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues.
- Adapt to a variety of care environments and settings.
Required profile
- Minimum six months experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, or physical disabilities.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
- Reliable, flexible and compassionate approach to care.
- A full driver’s licence is advantageous but not essential.
Required skills
- Medication administration (training provided if not already certified).
