Support Worker – Flexible Hours

About the role

As a Support Worker you will help individuals in Wales and England maintain independence, manage their homes and engage with their local community. The role can be full‑time or part‑time and may include sleep‑in shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and household chores.
• Support clients to participate in community activities and access local services.
• Provide occasional overnight (sleep‑in) support where required.
• Maintain accurate records of support provided and communicate any concerns to the team.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including full‑time, part‑time or occasional sleep‑in shifts.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• Any special skills or hobbies that could enrich client support are welcomed.

Required skills

What we offer

• Standard rate of £12.71 per hour (enhanced rate £13.71 per hour in select locations).
• Sleep‑in rate of £60 per night.
• Fully funded training and DBS check.
• Flexible working patterns to suit semi‑retired individuals or students.
