Support Worker

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join a specialist care organisation in Tadley, South East England. You will work with adults who have learning disabilities and autism, helping them develop independence and participate fully in their community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care and hygiene.
• Provide travel escorts and support for community outings, including college visits, swimming sessions and work placements.
• Teach and reinforce independent life skills to promote greater self‑reliance.
• Support participation in social and leisure activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
• Work flexible shifts, including days, nights and sleep‑ins, to meet service needs.
