Support Worker

About the role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking skilled and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, providing daily support to individuals with physical, emotional and social needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, medication administration and meal preparation.
• Promote independence and help individuals lead fulfilled lives.
• Provide daily physical, emotional and social support tailored to each person’s needs.

Required profile

• Caring attitude with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Desire to make a positive impact; previous caring experience is helpful but not required as full training is provided.
