Support Worker – Learning Disabilities

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Supported Living services in Stratford‑upon‑Avon. You will help adults with learning disabilities live independently, enjoy active lives and achieve personal goals within their community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care and support in a range of supported living properties.
• Assist service users with daily living tasks, personal care and community participation.
• Promote independence by encouraging skill development and goal attainment.
• Travel between properties using a personal vehicle; a full UK driving licence is mandatory.
• Work a flexible roster that may include early, late, split, sleep‑in and waking‑night shifts.

Required profile

• Caring, compassionate and reliable attitude.
• Flexibility to cover varied shift patterns, including weekends.
• Confident driver with a full UK licence.
• Passion for supporting people with learning disabilities.
• Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential – full training provided.
