Support Worker – Mental Health

About the role
Join Cygnet at Nield House in Crewe as a Support Worker, delivering high‑quality care to women with complex mental health needs. You will work 42 hours per week on a mixed shift pattern of 12‑hour shifts, supporting two specialist wards – Clarion (personality disorder with co‑morbid eating disorders) and Compton (acute mental health service).
Key responsibilities
- Provide enhanced, person‑centred care and emotional support to service users.
- Assist with medical, welfare and daily living needs, documenting and reporting as required.
- Safeguard residents and maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Promote independence and empowerment through tailored support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
