Support Worker & Mini‑Bus Driver (Female)

About the role

Join Creative Support’s friendly team in Ashton‑under‑Lyne to provide compassionate care for older adults, many with dementia or memory impairment. You will work across our Day Centre and Hub, helping service users enjoy a variety of activities and outings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and administer medication safely, often working alone.
• Drive a 12‑seat mini‑bus to local venues, supporting users with limited mobility.
• Encourage participation in social activities such as arts, crafts, quizzes, and day trips.
• Build trusting relationships with service users and their families.

Required profile

• Warm, caring nature with a proactive attitude.
• Full, clean manual driving licence.
• Willingness to work without prior care experience, supported by full training.

Required skills

• Manual driving licence (clean and full).
