Support Worker – Part‑time Days & Nights

About the role

Prime Life is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join the team at Lowfield House Residential Home in Kirton in Lindsey. The role involves providing day and night care for 21 residents with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver respectful, dignified personal care and emotional support.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, recreation, and outings.
• Promote independence during meals and food preparation.
• Encourage participation in decision‑making about daily living.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to develop individual care plans.

Required profile

• Genuine caring nature and respect for individual abilities.
• Patience, understanding and ability to work with people with mental health, learning or physical disabilities.
• Willingness to work set shifts between 08:00‑20:00, seven days a week.
• Full training provided; prior care experience is desirable but not essential.
