Support Worker / Senior Support Worker / Team Leader – Children’s Residential Home

About the role

We are seeking caring and resilient individuals to join our Ofsted‑registered children’s residential home in West London. The role can be taken at three levels – Support Worker, Senior Support Worker or Team Leader – each contributing to a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for children and young people with emotional, behavioural and complex needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and support to children and young people.
• Build positive, trusting relationships and promote independence, education and life‑skills.
• Safeguard and advocate for the young people in your care.
• Complete daily records and reports accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding care.
• (Senior/Team Leader) Lead shifts, mentor staff and ensure compliance with Ofsted standards.

Required profile

• Compassionate, resilient and positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a residential setting preferred; Ofsted‑registered home experience desirable for senior roles.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it) advantageous.
