Support Worker – Social Care

About the role
We are looking for a caring and compassionate Support Worker to join Community Integrated Care. You will provide person‑centred assistance to vulnerable individuals, helping them live their daily lives as they wish.
Key responsibilities
- Support four individuals with personal care and medication administration.
- Assist with home management tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting.
- Facilitate daily activities and outings tailored to each person’s preferences.
- Build genuine connections by spending whole shifts with one person.
Required profile
- Compassionate and reliable attitude.
- Willingness to work a mix of day and night shifts (including waking nights).
- Ability to work independently without a driving licence.
- Commitment to person‑centred support.
Required skills
What we offer
- £13.12 per hour.
- Guaranteed contracted hours (36 h/week) with rotas issued 4‑6 weeks in advance.
