Support Worker – Specialist Supported Living

About the role

Join Consensus as a Support Worker at Bromley Croft, a newly developed specialist Supported Living service in Mansfield Woodhouse. You will help adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs live independently while receiving 24/7 support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents in daily living tasks and promote independence using assistive technology.
• Support participation in community, leisure and social activities.
• Facilitate communication, respecting individual communication needs.
• Celebrate special occasions and encourage meaningful experiences.
• Work rotational shifts covering 37.5 hours per week.

Required profile

• Values aligned with person‑centred care; experience optional.
• Previous experience as a Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant is welcomed.
• Willingness to undergo a free DBS check.
• Ability to work in a team delivering 24/7 support.
