Support Worker – Supported Living Services

About the role

Corus Consultancy is recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers for a range of supported living services across Oxfordshire. You will help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live independently while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care and support, including personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist individuals with community access, promoting independence and social inclusion.
• Support people with complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health conditions.
• Administer and record medication in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records, safeguarding, health and safety, and CQC compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering outstanding care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel within Oxfordshire.
