Support Worker – Witham, Essex

About the role

We are seeking a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our small team in Witham, Essex. You will provide person‑centred assistance to two adults with learning disabilities, helping them enjoy daily activities, maintain independence, and live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised support tailored to each individual's needs.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Accompany the individuals to appointments, community activities, and outings.
• Administer and record medication in line with policies.
• Maintain accurate records, follow support plans, and respond to challenging behaviours when required.

Required profile

• Reliable, trustworthy and patient.
• Passionate about helping others and promoting choice, dignity and independence.
• Good communicator with a positive attitude.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
