About the role

We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team in the Scottish Isles, providing high‑quality care in homecare, residential care homes and supported living services. You will work in stunning coastal communities, delivering personal care and medication support to vulnerable adults.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or residential settings.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Carry out moving and handling tasks following health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required administrative duties.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Support Worker in the UK.
• Willingness to commit to a placement of at least three months.
• Own car and a valid driving licence for island travel.
