Supported Housing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supported Housing Manager to lead a busy supported housing service in East Molesey. You will oversee a dedicated team, ensure high‑quality, recovery‑focused support for people with mental health needs, and drive continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of the supported housing service, meeting quality and contractual standards.
• Manage, motivate and develop a team of five Recovery Workers and one Administrator through regular supervision and coaching.
• Ensure assessments, support plans and recovery‑focused interventions are of high quality.
• Monitor service performance, compliance and targets, using data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals and partner organisations.
• Manage resources effectively and promote safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice.

Required profile

• Experience in supported housing, housing services or a similar environment.
• Previous management experience or significant experience leading teams, projects or service development.
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make confident operational decisions.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, quality standards and performance management.
