Supported Living Manager – Adult Learning Disability Care

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Supported Living Manager to lead a team delivering person‑centred care to adults with learning disabilities. You will coordinate daily support, ensure safety, and promote independence for service users in the local area.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of care to a defined group of service users, including medication administration, emotional support, and daily living assistance.
• Supervise, coach, and manage performance of staff, volunteers, and students.
• Implement safeguarding measures to protect vulnerable adults and ensure compliance with policies.
• Promote excellent customer care to service users, families, and partner agencies.
• Develop warm, trusting relationships with service users.

Required profile

• Warm, compassionate, person‑centred approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to prioritise a busy workload.
• Flexibility to adapt to service needs and willingness to follow supervision.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or similar client groups.
• Proven experience supervising staff or coordinating care delivery.
