Supporter Engagement Manager

About the role

The Talent Set is partnering with a leading charity to find a Supporter Engagement Manager. In this role you will design and deliver programmes that deepen supporter relationships, boost engagement and foster loyalty to the organisation’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement supporter engagement strategies that increase participation and reflect the charity’s values.
• Create compelling communications and initiatives that motivate supporters and encourage ongoing involvement.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on engagement metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with organisational goals and branding.
• Organise events and activities that strengthen supporter communities and improve retention.
• Maintain accurate records of supporter interactions and engagement data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supporter or donor engagement, relationship management, or similar roles within the charitable or non‑profit sector.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset comfortable interpreting data to inform strategies.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to build positive internal and external relationships.
• Self‑motivated and proactive in developing innovative engagement approaches.
