Supporter Engagement Manager

About the role

Third Solutions is seeking a Supporter Engagement Manager to lead the growth of its Individual Giving programme. Working from the North London hospice office on a hybrid schedule, you will design and execute acquisition and retention campaigns that connect donors with the hospice’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the annual Individual Giving strategy, including acquisition and retention activities.
• Manage the Door‑to‑Door supporter recruitment campaign and oversee external face‑to‑face agency relationships.
• Expand the Lotteries programme through targeted promotions for existing and potential supporters.
• Lead digital campaigns to attract and retain new supporters.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor performance against targets, and report on results.
• Line‑manage the Supporter Engagement Officer, who coordinates challenge events.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing individual giving and supporter stewardship programmes with budget responsibility.
• Track record of creating and delivering successful digital fundraising campaigns.
• Experience developing supporter segmentation strategies and working with a CRM system.
