Surfacing Supervisor – North Wales

About the role

Breedon Group is seeking an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to lead projects across North Wales. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering asphalt surfacing works while maintaining the highest health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold stringent health, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Strategically plan and coordinate surfacing activities to meet project specifications.
• Allocate and manage labour, materials and equipment efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide the team to ensure quality, efficiency and timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the surfacing or road construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Proactive approach to safety risk identification and mitigation.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Essential qualifications: SSSTS/SMSTS, NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent), valid CSCS card, full GB driving licence.
• IT literate – competent with Excel, Word and database applications.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and nights.
