Surveyor – Office & Commercial Relocations

About the role

This is a home‑based surveying position focused on office and commercial relocations across Central London. You will follow a pre‑booked diary, visit client premises, assess move requirements and deliver accurate, compelling quotations to win business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site surveys at client locations throughout Central London.
• Analyse relocation needs and prepare tailored, accurate quotes.
• Follow up with clients after surveys to answer questions and close sales.
• Build and maintain relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial or domestic surveying within the moving/removals sector.
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage your own diary independently.
• Confidence in presenting quotations and closing sales.
