Sustainability Delivery Manager – Apprenticeship Programs

This role manages the delivery of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship programmes and supports Skills Coaches.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and support Skills Coaches to deliver training and assessment confidently.
• Manage team performance against KPIs and quality standards.
• Maintain quality assurance of qualifications in line with awarding bodies, Ofsted and internal procedures.
• Assist the Head of Portfolio in planning and delivering high‑quality curriculum and learning experiences.
• Provide resources and training materials to enable apprentices to succeed and become responsible citizens.
• Support Coaches with learners at risk and act as escalation point for client issues.
• Produce IQA and observation feedback reports, identifying improvement areas and CPD opportunities.
• Guide Coaches through Assessment Plan requirements and ensure apprentice portfolios meet all KSBs before submission.
• Manage relationships with the Assessment Organisation, attending regular meetings.
• Assist in recruiting top Coaches and contribute to programme reviews.

Required profile

• Knowledge of apprenticeship regulations, standards and IQA processes.
• Experience with the L4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner standard.
• Previous management or supervisory experience in high‑quality learning programmes.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Commitment to the company’s values and behaviours.

Required skills

• Excellent IT skills.
• Understanding of Salesforce (advantage).
