SVP Services Global Solution Sales – Digital, Technology & Communications

About the role

Citi is looking for a senior leader to head its Services Global Solution Sales for Digital, Technology and Communications. The role focuses on driving growth with UK and European headquartered clients, leading treasury transformation, originating new business and delivering integrated financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute a portfolio‑led growth strategy, generating revenue through new business origination, cross‑sell and wallet‑share expansion.
• Build and maintain senior relationships across digital platforms, fintechs, payment intermediaries and communications firms.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex, multi‑product mandates including payments, liquidity, embedded finance and cross‑border treasury solutions.
• Advise clients on scaling treasury infrastructure for high‑growth, platform‑based and multi‑jurisdictional models.
• Design and deliver solutions for payment intermediaries covering safeguarding, client‑money structures, settlement models and liquidity optimisation.
• Navigate and advise on regulatory frameworks such as e‑money, payment services and safeguarding requirements.
• Identify cross‑border opportunities and leverage Citi’s global network.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting and revenue realisation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in solution sales within financial services, fintech or payments ecosystems.
• Strong commercial execution skills with a track record of originating and closing complex deals.
• Ability to build trusted advisory relationships with C‑suite executives.
• Deep understanding of treasury, payments, liquidity and regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
