About the role
Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a Swim Supervisor. You will manage children’s swimming lessons, maximise class occupancy and help members of all ages achieve their fitness goals.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and oversee children’s swimming lessons.
- Maximise lesson occupancy and club utilisation.
- Lead by example, ensuring safety and high teaching standards.
- Support members in reaching their swimming and fitness objectives.
Required profile
- Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
- Genuine passion for fitness and swimming.
- Strong customer service mindset, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Team‑player attitude, willing to share knowledge and best practice.
