SysOps Engineer (German Speaking) – Remote, 6‑Month Rolling Contract

About the role

We are seeking a SysOps Engineer who is fluent in German and English to provide remote end‑user support for Windows client environments. The role is on a 6‑month rolling contract and involves working within agreed service windows to resolve tickets and maintain system health.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑user support tickets: analyse, resolve and document each case.
• Provide operational support for Windows client devices, including troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Install, deploy and troubleshoot software on end‑user machines.
• Assist with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID management and scripting via PowerShell.
• Communicate progress and solutions to users in German and English.
• Record effort for monthly service reporting.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Windows client environments.
• Proven experience in ticket handling, issue resolution and documentation.
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and software deployment.
• Fluent in German and English.
