System Administrator – Cloud & AI Applications

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position sits at the heart of a global media leader’s technology ecosystem. You will manage and optimise a growing portfolio of cloud‑based and AI‑enabled applications, ensuring they are secure, cost‑effective and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise a range of SaaS and AI applications.
• Manage user access, including RBAC, provisioning and SSO.
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents.
• Oversee SaaS spend, usage and cost optimisation.
• Support audits, compliance and security best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Promote approved tools to reduce shadow IT.

Required profile

• Experience administering SaaS or cloud‑based platforms.
• Strong foundation in systems administration (Microsoft background beneficial).
• Understanding of cloud security, access controls and API/webhook integrations.
• Proven ability to work with both technical and business teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple tools in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curiosity and adaptability around AI tools.
