System Administrator – Cloud & AI Applications

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and optimise a portfolio of cloud‑based SaaS and AI‑enabled applications for a global entertainment leader. The role is based in London and offers a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, providing a unique chance to influence governance and cost‑efficiency across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise a range of SaaS and AI applications.
• Manage user access, including RBAC, provisioning and SSO.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents and ensure service continuity.
• Oversee SaaS spend, usage tracking and cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Support audits, compliance and security best‑practice implementation.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to align tools with business needs.
• Promote approved solutions to reduce shadow‑IT.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering SaaS or cloud‑based platforms.
• Strong foundation in systems administration, preferably with a Microsoft background.
• Understanding of cloud security, access controls and API/webhook integrations.
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curiosity and adaptability around emerging AI tools.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, GCP, Box, Adobe Cloud or similar platforms is a plus.
