System Integration Engineer – Squeak & Rattle Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a System Integration Engineer to act as the subject‑matter expert for Squeak & Rattle performance across all vehicle derivatives of a luxury automotive brand. Based on‑site at Goodwood, you will support the department that ensures product quality from concept through production, using virtual validation, extensive testing and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Validate new model launches against noiseless‑vehicle standards through virtual validation and physical testing.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and resolution of Squeak & Rattle issues in series production and launch projects.
• Implement short‑term containment actions and long‑term corrective solutions in partnership with engineering teams in Munich and Goodwood.
• Coordinate testing processes, plan validation measures and report project progress.
• Support the Hydropulse facility by updating software and profiles to maintain analysis and production testing capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HNC in an engineering discipline, or a Level 6 Engineering Apprenticeship.
• Experience using problem‑solving and quality tools within an automotive environment.
• Strong understanding of vehicle engineering concepts, design principles and acoustic components.
• Familiarity with general vehicle assembly processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD for vehicle analysis.
