Systems Accountant – NetSuite

About the role

Titan Wealth is expanding its Group Finance team and needs a Systems Accountant to own and develop its finance systems landscape. You will work at the centre of a fast‑growing wealth management business, ensuring that ERP, treasury and expense platforms evolve alongside new acquisitions and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operation of NetSuite (ERP), Embat (treasury) and Pleo (expenses) across the Group.
• Maintain system integrity through configuration, chart of accounts, dimensions, departments, locations and user setup, embedding controls by design.
• Ensure high system performance and data accuracy, and manage incident resolution.
• Support acquisition integrations, streamline month‑end close processes and automate manual tasks.
• Drive best‑practice adoption and continuous improvement of finance operations.
• Act as a trusted partner to Finance and Technology teams, influencing key projects and system strategy.
